Teen Classes

Saturdays, September 10-October 29, 11:00-1pm

An incomprehensible event: every person in the audience of a play falls unconscious–every person but one. Using interviews, a theatre ensemble brings the story of the strange event to life, documentary-style. But as the strands weave together into an increasingly dangerous web, it looks like this phenomenon might not be entirely in the past. Unnerving, exhilarating, and wildly inventive, you’ve never walked into anything quite like Trap.

Emma! A Pop Musical

Saturdays, October 1-March 11, 3-5pm; Shows March 12-17

Emma, a senior at Highbury Prep, is certain she knows what’s best for her classmates’ love lives, and is determined to find the perfect boyfriend for shy sophomore Harriet by the end of the school year. But will Emma’s relentless matchmaking get in the way of finding her own happiness? Based on Jane Austen’s classic novel, this sparkling new musical features the hit songs of legendary pop groups and iconic singers from The Supremes to Katy Perry. Great roles for all ability types, genders and interests!
