Gentle Yoga with Eva Hartmann
Join Eva in this gentle yoga class to learn the foundations of physical postures (asanas) as well as breathing techniques to focus inward and calm the nervous system (pranayama). We move slow and focus on alignment, developing awareness of body & breath. Suitable for all levels, as more experienced students can slow down and get into deeper aspects of their practice. A guided meditation and/or neck massage round up this class

Eva is a down-to-earth yoga teacher with about 2 years of experience instructing Vinyasa, Hatha and Restorative classes in local community centres as well as with the YMCA. She teaches foundations of yoga postures, breathing techniques and short guided meditations for ongoing students as well as beginners. Her classes are well-rounded as she teaches what she loves best: a light-hearted practice combining physical movement with breath as well as self-observation and deep relaxation. Eva enjoys sharing what a yogic life means to her- minimizing stress and leading a happier and healthier life. “At the end of our practice, we feel relaxed and strong, centred and energized.”
